Photos: NEC claims thinnest flip phone

Thin is certainly in for phones. The Moto Q from Motorola, built on the Razr design, is 11.5 millimeters thick--a hair's breadth thinner than the NEC phone. It features a QWERTY keyboard, e-mail and voice mail, a five-way navigation button and thumb wheel, and stereo speakers.
