Aegon provides insurance, pensions and asset management in more than 25 countries. Aegon recently launched a new service with the objective of helping people plan their financial future through a personalized analysis of their needs. This service required technological support able to meet expectations. Aegon opened customer spaces in Madrid, with Windows 8 technology (2 Surface Pro 3 tablets and a multi-touch table), and they developed the application "Canal asesor" with Microsoft Azure which creates an assessment of the situation of each person and suggests the best solution. The application works in every device and it's easy to use resulting in an increase in the customer satisfaction. The tool allows the customer to browse through a simulator life insurance, savings and investment.
