Their challenges are to keep up with growing demand for internal big data analytics, help developers become productive more quickly and avoid spending time developing scripts to connect to various data sources and applications. They chose Cisco to overcome these challenges. They have implemented replaced previous scheduling tool with Cisco Tidal enterprise scheduler and used built-in adapters to connect to various data sources and applications. The results of implementing Cisco were eliminated steep learning curve for previous scheduler by providing intuitive browser interface and improved work-life balance for Cisco IT staff.
