NICE has polled 300 IT and compliance professionals from leading contact centers.
They have shared with us their concerns, challenges and plans with regards to how they run their compliance practices in a unique survey.
The main findings tell us that:

  • ¼ of IT time is spent on compliance and expected to rise in the next two years
  • 73% of respondents think their organization should be more stringent with compliance
  • 88% are looking for solutions to be more proactive with their compliance practices
