Employees at Amsterdam Housing had to share a single company email address to communicate with customers across the globe and lacked mobile access to email messages or rental agreements. They couldn't able to share data or property viewing schedules, they needed better IT tools to improve service and stand out from competitors. Amsterdam Housing turned to Microsoft Office 365, online services that combine Microsoft Office applications with email, calendaring, collaboration, and web conferencing solutions. With help from Wortell, a member of the Microsoft Partner Network, Amsterdam Housing set up Office 365 in two days. Everyone uses Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus and can sync their documents to SharePoint Online and SkyDrive Pro, a private online library.
