Trails of Indochina (ToI) needed to improve collaboration, communications and workflow efficiency across its headquarters and nine regional offices throughout Asia. By deploying Office 365 and SharePoint Online, the organization is able reduce the time spent collaborating on documents, thus ensuring standardized branding and information across its offices. This leads to a higher level of service by providing a more cohesive customer experience across multi geographic locations.
