This was not optimal and needed an immediate overhaul. It deployed Microsoft Dynamics AX and has seen an all-round improvement in the procurement, shipment planning and inventory management. This has led to significant growth and helped control costs. High visibility also allows the management to take quick, strategic business decisions. Univa Technologies reviewed a range of ERP solutions, such as SAP B1, Infor ERP LN, along with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.
