Their challenges are they need to provide a multichannel shopping experience, enable shoppers to connect with social networks, stream video, and opt-in for personalized deals and maintain direct ownership of technology and data. They chose Cisco to overcome these challenges. They have implemented Cisco CMX for location-based analytics and services, installed 2,500 access points and centralized management with Cisco prime infrastructure.
