Stock Options Case Study

As a suggestion from senior management, the firm concluded that stock options would be a great way to reward the employees over the long term. Today they utilize stock options all the way to the store manager level. Sharing equity is important, and a good part of the employees’ annual compensation is based on company profitability and such they have found the options are a useful tool to inspire better performance because it ties in employee and company interests. This study deals with stock options.
