The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a non-profit organization. Their challenges are they need to limited the IT budget, huge current storage need and implementing sophisticated programs such as de-duplication, disaster recovery seemed like insurmountable. They chose StorSimple to overcome these challenges. After seeing a demonstration of the StorSimple cloud-integrated storage solution at Microsoft technology center, and the customer realized that it could accomplish all of these objectives with a single StorSimple system along with the Windows Azure cloud service that accompanied it.
