Aspect upgraded its solution with Microsoft Lync Server 2013 to enhance its conferencing services and provide a better user experience for its employees. Employees are also taking advantage of enhanced contact information through social networking features like the contact card, which displays people's high-definition pictures in addition to organizational information, such as their managers and direct reports. When employees conduct meetings with external contacts, the contacts can use the Lync Web App.
