Yellow, historically a provider of business directories in New Zealand is transforming to be a digital marketing services provider. The company-wide upgrade required not only hardware and software, but an organizational change, which meant working in tandem with Yellow's internal communications team, who are specialists in change management. To ensure employees were not slowed down by system inefficiencies, the company decided to become an early adopter and upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 8.1.
