    Time off

    Employees may accrue and request paid or unpaid time off as per company policy.

    An employee must ensure their requested time off does not conflict with any crucial deadlines, projects, or activities at work before filing their request. If this occurs, the employee must address any potential changes with their supervisor or manager.

    Requests for time off are subject to approval. Employees must submit their request for time off to their supervisor or manager at least two weeks in advance. If a request is urgent or due to unforeseen circumstances, the employees must promptly notify their supervisor or manager before the start of their shift.

    Time off that is not reported in advance, not supported by valid reasons, or not approved by the company is considered unexcused and may result in disciplinary action.
