Vivere Begins Cloud Journey with SAP Migration to AWS

In the beginning, Vivere was using on-premises hardware to run both mission-critical and non-production SAP workloads. In 2019, the company looked to the cloud
to improve agility as its infrastructure was becoming obsolete and most servers were nearing capacity.
Vivere began to run all its SAP applications on AWS.

Since using Amazon S3 to support heavy analytics workloads in SAP
Business Warehouse, and Amazon EBS snapshots to back up data in Amazon S3, Vivere has found:

  • SAP ERP software speed is increased by 40%
  • 25% is saved in annual infrastructure costs
  • Improved productivity so their engineers have more time to innovate
