IDG: Medium Business IT Survey Highlights

In 2020, Dell Technologies and Intel commissioned IDG to conduct an online research study to understand the state of medium businesses in Europe and South Africa. In total, 1,540 respondents participated in this survey across 13 countries. Respondents were all IT Management, in companies of 100 – 499 employees in all industries.

IDG Connect has conducted a survey on behalf of Dell Technologies and Intel to understand the state of business and operations of medium-sized businesses (100-499 staff) with emphasis on IT and its role.
