TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Whether a training course is for continuing education or working toward an advanced degree, employees may be eligible for financial assistance under the company tuition reimbursement plan.
The current company tuition reimbursement plan is as follows:
1. Eligibility requirements
Employees must be permanent full-time employees or part-time employees working 20 hours per week.
Employees must have been employed by the company for at least one year.
Employees must continue employment with the company for at least six months after receiving tuition reimbursement. Employees leaving the company before six months have elapsed will return the reimbursement on a prorated basis.
