CONTRACT WORK POLICY DETAILS
Establish that any material created by the contract worker for the benefit of the
organization will be considered property owned by the business and not to be used elsewhere or taken with the contractor when they depart. This includes software code, documentation and disaster recovery procedures — anything uniquely pertaining to the business. Generic scripts or process documentation not company-related may be kept by the contractor(s) pending approval by the IT department or authorized personnel.
