Sexual Harassment Policy
A hostile work environment is not conducive to a productive workforce — and without a productive workforce, an enterprise can’t be successful. Hostility, violence and discrimination have no place in any company, regardless of its size. A hostile work environment will never be tolerated at any level.
Use this Sexual Harassment Policy from TechRepublic Premium to create the right environment for your organization.
From the policy:
CONSENSUAL ROMANTIC OR SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS
The company strongly discourages romantic or sexual relationships between a manager or other supervisory employee and an employee who reports directly or indirectly to him or her. This behavior is discouraged because such relationships tend to create compromising conflicts of interest or at least create the appearance of such conflicts. In addition, such a relationship may give rise to the perception by others that there is favoritism or bias in employment decisions affecting the staff employee.
