Dale Skeen, Co-Founder & CTO, Vitria
Dr. Dale Skeen co-founded Vitria with Dr. JoMei Chang in 1994 and oversees the technology direction of the company. Dr. Skeen is credited with inventing distributed publish-subscribe communication, with over a dozen patents in this and other related technologies. Dr. Skeen has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale computing systems in the areas of distributed computing and database systems. Dr. Skeen is a recognized industry visionary in the areas of stream computing, business process management, business process management and real-time business process analysis. Prior to co-founding Vitria, Dr. Skeen was the co-founder of TIBCO Software, where he served as the Chief Scientist. Dr. Skeen has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rajiv Onat, Director of Product Management, Vitria
Rajiv Onat is the Director of Product Management for Vitria Operational Intelligence. He joined Vitria in 2010, where he is responsible for the strategy and direction of the product offering. His primary focus lies in bringing together capabilities for stream computing, data-in-motion analytics, complex event processing, process discovery, business activity monitoring (BAM), and business process management (BPM) to deliver a continuous, real-time Operational Intelligence solution. Prior to joining Vitria, Rajiv worked at Fujitsu Software for nine years, where he was responsible for defining the product strategy for the Fujitsu Interstage BPM and process discovery offerings. Rajiv has an M.S. in Computer & Information Systems and a B.S. in Electronics & Communications.
