Software quality is one of the most critical aspect of software development that itself explores different associated vectors. One of the most effective analysis of software quality is the estimation of software criticality under software faults. The fault analysis itself depends on different vectors such as fault type, fault frequency, fault criticality. In this work, the fault based estimation of software quality is performed. But when the software faults are increased, to perform the effective estimation, the clustering is performed. In this paper, a cluster effective approach is suggested for the software quality estimation.
