While there are several SOA governance frameworks to serve SOA implementation in organizations, no systematic evaluation of these frameworks has been proposed. As a result, it is difficult to select a framework to address SOA governance requirements. Also, there are no methods for determining advantages and weaknesses of each framework. To resolve these problems, the authors devise a framework for evaluating and comparing SOA governance frameworks. The framework is designed to assess evaluation across the spectrum of substantive fields.
