Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is widely accepted as a concept that can significantly improve the processing capacity, storage, and battery time of Mobile Terminals (MTs) by migrate the data processing and storage to the remote cloud. However, MCC faces long latency problem because the data users' need are always stored in the remote servers in the cloud. In order to reduce this latency, in this paper, the authors consider an MCC environment in which the local networks and servers can form a community to create local sub-cloud to support the mobile applications.
