A System-on-Chip or System-On-Chip (SoC or SOC) is an integrated all components of a computer or other electronic systems into a single chip. This paper, describes a microcontroller processor in SOC it has been designed for embedded application. This RISC processor offers very low power consumption. This architecture is based on RISC principles. The processor adopts 3-stage instruction execution pipeline and has achieved single cycle execution using a 2-phase 20MHz clock. This results in a high instruction throughput and real-time interrupt response.
