Human resources are crucial in the enterprise's development. The evaluation of the human resources competitiveness plays an important role in ensuring companies with good human resources. This paper investigates the multi-attribute evaluation of human resources competitiveness considering the characteristics of evaluation, such as complexity, multi-attribute and uncertainty. Thus, a model of human resources competitiveness based on the multi-attribute grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in this paper. This model has set up a multi-criteria evaluation system of human resources competitiveness of the enterprise.
