A Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork (VANET) is a technology for implementing Vehicle-To-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-To-Infrastructure (V2I) communications. The present vehicular mobility framework is not considering real-time constraints such as vehicle' priority, lane-changes, speed-limit etc. The proposed Multi-Constraint Real-time Vehicular (MCRV) mobility framework is equipped with important criterion like collision avoidance between vehicles and traffic reports. Also certain vehicles such as ambulance, fire service vans, police patrols need to be given a high priority in their envisioned network architecture, as their requirements are crucial during emergency situations.
