A Novel Routing Protocol strategy in CR-VANETs

In this paper, the authors propose a new approach for routing in Cognitive Radio for Vehicular Ad hoc NETworks (CR-VANETs). In this paper, Flower Based Routing (FBR) scheme has been proposed. The FBR scheme consists of groups of networks on flower form and introduce hybrid mobility model for data forwarding. In addition, the authors categorize different types of routing protocols in CRVANETs. Moreover, a comparison between them to their scheme is conducted to highlight the main issues and pros & cons for each type. This paper is to derive through an analysis for achieving efficient communication among the vehicles on the road.
