Cloud computing facilitates computing as a utility to the users. Today data centers play a major role in Information Technology sector (ITc). Power usage is the biggest issue in data centers. High temperature in data centers arises many problems like hardware failure. So, cooling of data centers is the need of an hour. Green computing can be used to handle this problem. Green Cloud Computing (GCC) reduces the operational cost and save the energy. In this paper the authors propose an Energy Aware Resource Scheduler (EARS) that will schedule the tasks using different algorithms for the data centre's node to save energy and heat.
