The critical part of the software project is the elicitation of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and its specification. NFR is the most important part in software project that helps in completing the functionality of the system. As NFR is difficult to identify so in most of the cases they are ignored by many of the developers despite of knowing their importance in the functionality of system. The failure of a project does not come about as a result of a single reason rather it is a combination of shortcomings which result into a domino effect.
