Vehicular ad-hoc network is a special class of wireless ad hoc network which utilizes the cellular and wireless LAN for data exchange at very high velocity. VANET topology mainly suffers from number of concrete obstacles inside the roads and wireless links disconnection due to the velocity. VANET is a scalable network and it covers large volume of area. Data delivery over VANET is insecure due to lake of trust model which can authenticate received/sent data over VANET. It is also necessary to track the authenticated vehicle and the data transmitted by that vehicle.
