Vehicular Ad-hoc NETwork (VANET) is modified version of MANETs (Mobile Ad-hoc Networks) whose primary goal is to improve driving safety depending on the information. RSA (RoadSide Antenna's) are stationary devices that are mounted road side and provides services to vehicles. Power consumption of RSA's is the fatal problem in VANET. In this paper, the authors proposed a biding game theory approach to minimize the congestion around RSA's. They have performed the simulation and results shows that their proposed algorithm improves power consumption
