The authors transform a lattice-based standard public encryption scheme into a shared-key and receiver-deniable encryption in this paper. In their scheme, the sender and receiver share some secret information which help receiver against coercer. If without coercer, the receiver can honestly decrypt a ciphertext into an actual plaintext. Furthermore, as a standard encryption scheme, semantical security of proposed scheme is based on the hardness of the Learning With Errors (LWE) problem. When face a coercer who unknown the secret information between sender and receiver, even revealing his secret key to a coercer, the receiver also can decrypt an actual ciphertext into a fake plaintext to escape a coercion.
