Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) is a very fast and low power memory. Due to low power consumption SRAM has become most popular in low power application. The power consumption of SRAM varies widely depending on how frequently it is accessed. In this paper, the authors design a low power circuit for 64-bit SRAM using bottom-up approach. They use 0.12 micron technology and 0.18 micron technology for designing low power dissipation SRAM with micro wind.
