Wireless mobile ad-hoc networks technology is designed for establishment of a network anywhere and anytime, without fixed infrastructure to support the mobility of the users in the network. In other words, wireless ad-hoc network is a collection of mobile nodes with dynamic network infrastructure forming a temporary network. Such network has no central server or base station for providing connectivity, and all network intelligence must be placed inside the mobile user devices. Due to their applications in situations such as emergencies, crisis management, military and healthcare, security is of paramount importance in mobile ad-hoc networks.
