In process control application, automatic controllers are introduced. The PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller is the most widely used industrial control. The controller tuning of PID is done using Ziegler-Nichols II method. For the multi variable process and for the chemical industries the IMC (Internal Model Control) controller is used. In the process industries IMC bas become the leading form of advanced control. The proposed method in this paper used both (i.e.) IMC PID controller. Here is to develop an IMC and IMC PID controller for the temperature process. An IMC and IMC PID are designed for the temperature process.
