AMBA Bus Based System on Chip Communication Using AXI4 Protocol

AMBA bus protocol has become the de facto standard SoC bus. That means more and more existing IPs must be able to communicate with AMBA 4.0 bus. This paper is to implement a high throughput, high secured AMBA (serial peripheral interfacing system) with low complexity and high security algorithms. High security is achieved by encoding the data with S.E.A (Scalable Encryption Algorithm). Along with that, error checking capability is also provided by adding even parity. AMBA is the most commonly used serial protocols for both inter-chip and intra-chip low/medium bandwidth data-transfers.
