The rise of the open data movement has led to the Web of data grow significantly over the last years. This Web has started to span data sources form a wide range of domains such as people, companies, music, scientific publications, etc. In this paper, the authors report on an ongoing process aimed at publishing hydrographical data on the Web with a Spanish geolinked data use case. Moreover, they discuss the process they followed, and propose methodological guidelines for all the activities involved within the process.
