Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) which is for distributed sensing tasks from remote areas will have low computational power, low memory and are equipped with non-rechargeable batteries. So energy efficiency is the major concern in the wireless sensor network at all times. Clustering provides an effective way to prolong the lifetime of WSNs. Clustering approach consist of selecting Cluster Head (CH) with more residual energy and rotating CH to distribute power consumption among every nodes in cluster. When considering mobility enabled WSN's, selecting CH based on residual energy is not effective.
