Text passwords entered through personal computers is the most commonly used internet authentication for end user transactions such as online banking, e-commerce etc, due to its convenience and simplicity. Personal computers are preferred by most of the users than personal handheld devices for transactions, due to features like screen size and keyboards. However, use of text passwords and typing them directly to computers are prone to be stolen and compromised under different threats and vulnerabilities like keylogging, phishing, and pharming.
