An Error Free Watermarked Approach Using Fuzzy Correction Code

The necessity of fast and secure diagnosis is vital in the medical world to save the life of world creature. In this paper, the authors propose a combined approach of cryptography with LSB-DWT watermarking to secure biometric templates. The key-binding bio-cryptosystem is based on fuzzy sketches that handle intra-class variability by using error correction codes. Fuzzy correction code is used to account for errors that occur in iris codes. The proposed system was also capable of withstanding minor spatial and frequency watermarking attacks without major degradation in the performance.
