In QO-STBC (Quasi Orthogonal Space Time Block Codes) lower decoding complexity and higher BER performance is achieved based on ABBA code. By using ABBA code full transmission rate and full diversity can also be achieved. U.Park scheme is used which is based on rotational ABBA code. By using this rotational ABBA code interference from neighboring signals can be eliminated during signal detection. The BER (Bit Error Rate) performance of U.Park scheme is improved compared to QO-STBC. For further improvement in BER, QO-STBC is used without increasing decoding complexity.
