The Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network can meet various communication needs due to its global coverage. There is no doubt that the satellites will play an important role in the next-generation internet. The network consists of satellites with on board processing and Inter-Satellite Links (ISLs). The LEO satellite networks provide global coverage and are becoming increasingly important. Resources of communication and computation in satellite networks are precious. In this paper, an orbital plane based distributed routing algorithm is introduced. The routing algorithm aims to minimize the communication and computation overhead.
