Phishing is a fraudulent scheme to acquire sensitive information from users by masking as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. These attacks are increasing in frequency and have become more sophisticated and inevitable in the present day web. This gives the authors a scope to develop a novel anti-phishing approach that overcomes the difficulty of detecting phishing websites. The anti-phishing method explained here explores the Resource Description Framework (RDF) data model to annotate the context sensitive features of the webpage.
