In this paper, the authors present a proposal that contributed at macro-project named VisibiliTIC. The aim was to describe the dynamic of a virtual learning community in relation to the Knowledge Building process (KB) and collaborative work, based on the pedagogical use of the visibility of academic production. The analysis set out from a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. The population were students of the courses virtual education unit Manuela Beltran University (Cajica-Colombia) and the sample was taken from the ergonomics subject, in which two groups were classified in: experimental and comparison.
