The presented paper discusses and presents the analytical as well as simulated performance analysis allied with network connectivity and key problems of network coverage in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). The issue of network connectivity may be considered as one of the most significant problem in wireless network. The connectivity issue or coverage problem significantly influences the network capability and overall network efficiency. In this paper, the authors propose a research work oriented towards computation of node isolation probability and to perform analysis of network connectivity in the presence randomness in channel behavior, while considering of fading effects like Rayleigh fading of Threshold-based Hybrid Selection/Maximal-Ratio Combining (T-HS/MRC).
