WSN means for Wireless Sensor Network. WSN consists of a large number of nodes which communicates together through sensing and by monitoring the physical world. There are many application of WSN. In this paper, different protocol of WSN has been discussed, the analysis has shown that the most of the presented technique has abandoned the issues like the effects of the mobile descend in the most of the energy efficient protocols has been ignored. Moreover the effect of lossless data compression has been abandoned by the researchers. Also no optimization technique is considered for the effective route selection in ERA (Efficient Routing Algorithm) protocol.
