Social networking has become one of the most powerful sources of knowledge sharing factor. The sharing is done among all users irrespective of their domains. Managing domains of different formats are analyzed in this paper. The application of knowledge management tools in the social networking arena is further studied. Social network has gained remarkable attention in the last decade. Accessing social network sites such as Twitter, Facebook LinkedIn and Google+ through the internet and the web 2.0 technologies has become more affordable.
