In the knowledge management process, the techniques that are applied to discover significant knowledge from a large amount of data are called data mining techniques. In recent years, according to the competition in the telecommunication industry keeping customers has become more important for the industry and finding reasons of churning is challenging. The churn prediction facilitates to examine the mobile operators to identify the risky customer. This paper determines the possible churners using the predictive data mining model.
