Industry is constantly eager to hire right employees for their business. Hiring someone new for a company is now-a-days, very challenging process. In present scenario company offer a vacancy and in response to that thousands of candidates apply for that small number of posts. In some cases after a long filtration process candidate refused the job offer due to job location their designation or some salary issues. This paper is to develop an interactive mobile application based on android framework to assess essential information of the candidate before inviting in a recruitment process.
