Key management schemes are schemes designed to help a group of users or subgroups share secret keys when they want to communicate or share data with each other securely. From the aspect of the structure of a group, the authors have two kinds of key management schemes. Some schemes deal with the secure communication equally shared by all members, the goal is to maintain and update a secret session key, and they call them session key distribution schemes or Group Key Management Schemes (GKMS).
