Automated Personal Identification Using Fusion of Iris
Biometrics are measurable in physiological and or behavioral characteristics and can be used to verify the identity of the individual. Proposed work based on personal identification approaches using iris images. Approaches related to both canny edge detection and parabolic Hough transform to detect the iris boundaries in the eye's digital image. normalization technique to be used to perform iris regions in same constant dimension by daughman's rubber sheet model. Feature extraction is the special form of dimensality reduction. To extract iris feature by three algorithms 2D haar wavelet, Euler no and genetic algorithm. the output from these three algorithm is normalized and their score sis to decide whether the user is genuine or imposter.
